Onehub lets you share information, documents, and files more easily. You can use the Onehub “widgets” to organize and manage your projects from a central location, which makes connecting with partners, customers, coworkers and suppliers faster.

File Widget

Advanced document storage with the ability to upload any file type, upload multiple files, easily as well as upload entire folders of files while maintaining the folder structure. You can also quickly move and copy files to other file widgets and other Hubs.

Version history lets you view the history of previous versions, compare them to one another and restore an older document. In addition, you can add comments and approvals to individual files.

Task List Widget

Keep track of project milestones, give them priorities and assign owners.

Link List Widget

Provide links to other important websites that help keep your projects running smoothly.

Calendar Widget

Notify everyone on your team of upcoming meetings, events and trainings by adding a calendar to your page.

Activity Widget

Shows you the most recent activity in your Hub so you can quickly decide which information you should look at first.

Contacts Widget

Lets you show the contact details for all the people that are important to the success of your project so all Hub members know how to contact them.

Discussion Widget

Allows you and your teammates to discuss project details, relay comments and post messages.

Image Widget

Add images to your Hub like team photos, photos for biographies, artwork for a customer, or to add visual interest to your page.

Text Widget

Add text to your Hub to make notes, provide general announcements, and add objectives.
