Customer Support Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What we do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onehub makes beautiful and intuitive software that helps businesses share files with their teams and customers across multiple platforms &#8212; web, desktop, tablet, and mobile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firm grasp of how web and cloud applications work<\/li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting software issues directly with clients<\/li>\n<li>\nStrong writing and communication skills\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent phone manner<\/li>\n<li>Interest in web development and programming are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you would do<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot customer support issues via phone and email<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of technical issues and working with our engineering team to file bugs and help resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Write content and articles for our online help system<\/li>\n<li>Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical demos and training to customers via web conference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have a small team, so you have a chance to make a huge impact on both our product and company.
