The war for talent among tech startups has been fierce in recent years as companies offer a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/coolest-tech-company-perks-2015-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raft of perks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> such as concierge service, company vacations or an on-site music studio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t offer outlandish perks at my company, Onehub, but there\u2019s one benefit I\u2019m happy to pony up for because it provides the biggest return &#8212; a CrossFit or traditional gym membership.
