The same holds true for documents that you want to keep tight control over. <\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why Onehub lets you set up automatic file deletion after a designated period of time. In Workspaces, you can create a rule that files are automatically deleted after 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Once the allotted time period has elapsed, the files will be erased from Onehub and no longer accessible (unless you have a copy stored elsewhere). <\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to set it up. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>From within a Workspace you have Admin privileges to, click the \u201cSettings\u201d icon.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Screen-Shot-2015-11-19-at-11.15.15-AM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Screen-Shot-2015-11-19-at-11.15.15-AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2015-11-19 at 11.15.15 AM\" width=\"2554\" height=\"326\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3860\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This will bring up a window with a \u201cSecurity\u201d section. Click that bar and a number of different security features will appear. If you want to turn on automatic file deletion, check the box next to \u201cAutomatically delete files after\u201d and select the time frame from the drop down menu.
