That means the current administration will soon be handing over the keys to a new one for what will hopefully be a smooth transition. <\/p>\n<p>In that spirit (and topical hook), let&#8217;s say your business got acquired and now you need to transfer the ownership of your Onehub account. Here is what you need to know. <\/p>\n<p>1. Don&#8217;t panic! Moving account ownership is easy, and we work hard to make it as painless as possible. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2. Are you the current account owner? You have to be in order to transfer ownership. If, for some reason the account owner is no longer available, you&#8217;ll have to <a href=\"https:\/\/onehub.desk.com\/customer\/portal\/emails\/new?email[subject]=I+would+like+to+transfer+ownership&#038;email[body]=Please%20include%20the%20following%20information%3A%0A%0A%0AName%20and%20email%20address%20of%20the%20current%20administrator%20looking%20to%20relinquish%20ownership%3A%0A%0A%0AName%20and%20email%20address%20of%20the%20user%20that%20will%20be%20taking%20over%20ownership%3A%0A%0A%0AIf%20the%20current%20owner%20is%20no%20longer%20available%2C%20please%20provide%20the%20current%20billing%20information%20of%20the%20account.%0A%0ALast%204%20digits%20of%20the%20credit%20card%20on%20file%3A%0ABilling%20zip%20code%3A\">open up a support ticket<\/a> so we can verify account ownership information. <\/p>\n<p>3. You must invite the new user &#8212; and they must accept the invitation &#8212; to be an account administrator on your Onehub account. <\/p>\n<p>4. Open up a support ticket requesting the transfer of ownership and provide us with the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and email address of the current administrator looking to relinquish ownership.<\/li>\n<li>Name and email address of the user that will be taking over ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And that&#8217;s it!
