She likes to create a very specific hierarchy of folders and sub folders, each properly categorized and labeled. <\/p>\n<p>I prefer just dumping everything on the desktop and figuring it out later. <\/p>\n<p>Whether you are more like my better half with your Onehub Workspaces or like me (come to the dark side!), we make finding what you\u2019re looking for a snap with our full-text search. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Full-text search is something we\u2019ve offered for a long time, but it\u2019s one of those features that you can easily forget about as you are frantically searching through an array of folders looking for a particular document. Instead of going on a mad click-quest through all of your Workspaces, take a breath and use our search feature, it\u2019s easy. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s so easy, in fact that it practically stares you in the face. After you sign into Onehub, click the \u201cSearch\u201d button at the top. A search bar pops up. Just fill it in with whatever you are looking for and click the magnifying glass. <\/p>\n<p>Search will sift through all your documents, including PDFs, and bring back all the files that contain what you seek.<\/p>\n<p>So no matter what your organizational style (or lack thereof), Onehub search can help save you when you need something fast. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My wife and I have two very different approaches to organizing the files on our computer.
