I recently pulled a weekend shift and got a request for how to export a list of files and folders in a Workspace. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a feature that&#8217;s easy to explain, and one that&#8217;s probably useful to a lot of people with expansive Workspaces, so I thought I&#8217;d share the answer here. And, while we&#8217;re on the subject of exporting lists, now seems like a good time to throw in how to export a list of users as well. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onehub.desk.com\/customer\/en\/portal\/articles\/1967296-exporting-a-file-hierarchy-\">To Export a List of Files and Folders in a Workspace<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nFirst, only Administrators on the Workspace can export the file hierarchy list. So if you don&#8217;t have the proper permissions, share this post with the appropriate person. <\/p>\n<p>Sign into Onehub and navigate to the desired Workspace and click on the Settings icon (the wrench and screwdriver) next to the name of the Workspace. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Workspace_Settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1211\" height=\"218\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4162\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next click on the &#8220;Export&#8221; tab, then click the &#8220;Export&#8221; button and an Excel file with the list will be emailed to you. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Export_Files_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"372\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4161\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onehub.desk.com\/customer\/en\/portal\/articles\/2004366-exporting-a-list-of-users\">To Export a List of Users on an Account<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nNote that this feature is only available to the Onehub Account Administrator. To get a complete rundown of all the users currently on your account, click on the &#8220;Users&#8221; tab in Onehub. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Exporting_Users.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1304\" height=\"335\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4160\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From there, click &#8220;Export Users&#8221; and a .csv file will be emailed to you listing users&#8217; name, email, last access date, workspaces, and role they were assigned for that workspace (if they don&#8217;t have access to a Workspace, they will have no role assigned to them). <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.onehub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/User_Export_List.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1081\" height=\"138\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4159\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can always check our <a href=\"https:\/\/onehub.com\/support\">support page<\/a> to answer most of your questions about using Onehub.
