zero-inbox

Homer Simpson once remarked that alcohol was “the cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems.” The same sentiment can probably be said of email. Email is awesome — until it becomes overwhelming.

We understand that getting to inbox zero is a Sisyphean task, and we want to do our part to make sure you only get emails that are helpful. Reducing the number of emails you get via your Onehub Workspaces is easy with Notification Filters.

Onehub notifications are part of our activity tracking and broader security measures, so you know who has accessed and interacted with your content. The notification filters allow you to adjust how often you receive emails and for what activity.

To alter your Notifications:

  1. Sign in to Onehub.
  2. From the home page, click on “Settings”

  3. oh-settings-screenshot

  4. In Settings, click on Notifications. Your options will appear.

From this control panel, you can adjust:

  • How often you receive Summary notifications
  • Which Workspaces you’d like to receive instant notifications from
  • The types of instant notifications you want to receive for your selected Workspaces

The flexibility of these options give you minute control over the number of emails you receive via Onehub. Love email? Sign up for everything! Hate email? Set Summary Notifications to “Never” and uncheck every box  and receive nothing! It’s up to you.

At the end of the day, our job at Onehub is to make your work easier not more complicated — like, say, when you release the dogs. Or the bees. Or dogs with bees in their mouths and when they bark they shoot bees at you.
