  • What is a paid user?

    A paid user is a user you have invited to your Account, or any user in a Workspace that has a Collaborator, Moderator, or Administrator role. Also, users you have invited to more than two Workspaces are considered paid. You can read more about the difference between Paid and Free users on our support site.

  • Do I have to pay for external users?

    Users invited at the Workspace, Folder, or File level as a Viewer, Printer, Downloader, or Creator are free and do not count against your user limit. In most cases, these types of users will be external. You can read more about the difference between Paid and Free users on our support site.

  • Can I change plans at any time?

    Yes. Onehub is a monthly subscription, so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you need help with choosing a plan, upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling a Onehub sales representative will be happy to help. Email us at sales@onehub.com or call (877) 644-7774.

  • How do I cancel service?

    We hate to see you go! Onehub is a monthly subscription, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from within your Onehub account. If you need help cancelling, contact a Onehub sales representative at sales@onehub.com or call (877) 644-7774 and they'll be happy to help.

  • Can I pay a year in advance?

    Yes. You’ll receive 15% off the monthly subscription rate when you commit to a year of service. You’ll be able to choose yearly billing as an option after choosing your plan above.

  • Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

    Yes. Onehub offers a 20% discount to non-profits and schools. If you would like to apply, please email sales@onehub.com after starting a free trial.
